No Kroc Practice from August 19-26

No practice will be held starting Monday, August 19 and look to start back on Monday, August 26.  The pool is being drained to have some annual maintenance done.  Sometimes maintenance plans don’t always go as planned, so check out our Facebook page for confirmation on starting back on August 26.

Timed 550

Thank you to all that completed the Timed 550 this week.  We had over 50 of our 85 swimmers participate – one swimmer couldn’t make practice so they did it on their own and sent her results (that was awesome).  Doing the Timed 550 will help me in adjusting intervals for lanes and help in being more specific on the 95% sets coming up soon.
